การแสดงที่ผสมผสานละครเงา ประกอบเครื่องเคาะจากมาเลเซียและเครื่องดนตรีพื้นบ้านล้านนา

Asian Culture Station มีความยินดีที่จะแจ้งให้ทราบว่า กลุ่มพระจันทร์พเนจรจากประเทศไทย คณะละคร Orang Orang Drum Theatre จากประเทศมาเลเซีย อาจารย์ธิติพล กันตีวงษ์ และนักศึกษาจากสาขาวิชาศิลปะการดนตรีและการแสดง คณะวิจิตรศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ได้ร่วมกันสร้างสรรค์ผลงานการแสดง Ballad of Nature การผสมผสานละครเงาร่วมสมัยประกอบเครื่องเคาะจากมาเลเซียและเครื่องดนตรีพื้นบ้านล้านนา ซึ่งจะเปิดแสดงในวันที่ 12 ตุลาคม 2559 ณ สำนักส่งเสริมศิลปวัฒนธรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่

ลำนำแห่งธรรมชาติ เป็นความร่วมมือระหว่างศิลปินจากเอเชียที่อาศัยทักษะและความเชี่ยวชาญหลากสาขา โดยการผสมผสานนี้เติมเต็มการแสดงออกทางภาพและเสียงภายใต้แนวคิดหลัก “พระแม่ธรณี” ขับขานเรื่องราววัฏจักรแห่งธรรมชาติที่แบ่งออกเป็นสี่ส่วน คือธรรมชาติ เมล็ดข้าว ภัยพิบัติ และการถือกำเนิดใหม่

ระหว่างการเตรียมงาน ศิลปินได้จัดเวิร์คช็อปกับกลุ่มนิสิตจากสาขาวิชาศิลปะการดนตรีและการแสดง คณะวิจิตรศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ซึ่งจะเข้าร่วมการแสดงในครั้งนี้พร้อมกับศิลปินด้วย

การแสดงนี้เป็นความร่วมมือระหว่าง Asian Culture Station และกลุ่มละครพระจันทร์พเนจร โดยใช้ระยะเวลาทั้งหมดหนึ่งสัปดาห์ ระหว่างวันที่ 8-14 ตุลาคม 2559
 

【 Ballad of Nature 】
A collaborative performance project between shadow theatre, Malaysian percussion and Northern Thai folk music instruments

Asian Culture Station is pleased to announce the performing show “Ballad of Nature,” a collaborative performance project between the contemporary shadow theatre, the Malaysian percussion and the Northern Thai folk music instruments by the Wandering Moon Shadow Theatre - Thailand, Orang Orang Drum Theatre – Malaysia, Thitipol Kantiwong and a crew of students from the Music and Performance Division, Department of Thai Art, Faculty of Fine Arts, Chiang Mai University, Thailand. The show is held on 12 October 2016 at the Center for the Promotion of Arts and Culture, Chiang Mai University.

“Ballad of Nature” is a collaborative work of the Asian artists that entail different skills and specialties. The combination fulfills sound and visual expression in the theme of the Mother Earth. The story of the nature’s circle will be divided into 4 parts, starting from Nature, Rice Seed, Disaster and Reborn. 

During the collaborative process, the artists will also conduct a workshop with a group of students of the Music and Performance Division, Department of Thai Art, Faculty of Fine Arts, Chiang Mai University, Thailand. The students will also join the final show with the artists. 

This show is co-organized by the Asian Culture Station and the Wandering Moon Shadow Theatre. The project lasts for one week from 8 to 14 October 2016.
